Product availability

Elvo produces unpasteurized and unfiltered beers. Each batch is bottled in pre-established limited quantities to ensure the freshness of the product, producing more than one rotation of bottling of the single beer during the year. Therefore, please keep in mind that the availability of individual products varies rapidly and that if what you want is not available, this is a temporary condition. We recommend visiting the online shop periodically to check updated availability.
Our beers are available for purchase in retail formats: 0.5 l bottle.
For information regarding the type and availability of products of a different nature than beer you can find the availability on the online shop.

Conditions of retail beer sales

On www.elvo.it all the beers available can only be purchased in their 50cl format.
Elvo delivers beer orders via shipments that guarantee the cold chain.
The minimum order is 6 bottles.
Over €120.00 purchase, shipping will be free.

Wholesale beer resale

Elvo offers the purchase of its products in wholesale formats only through private negotiation.

Shipping methods

Elf Sas (Elvo) carries out shipments in Italy with the main national couriers that guarantee the cold chain.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs vary based on the weight of the goods, the destination and will always be indicated on the check out page before purchasing.
Shipping will be free over €120.00 spent.

terms of payment

Payment of the amount corresponding to the order submitted can be made by credit card directly on our website or by bank transfer (the goods will be shipped upon receipt of payment).

Timings

The goods are delivered in approximately 5/7 working days from the order (excluding the day the order is placed) if payment is made by credit card, otherwise if by bank transfer there will be an additional wait for arrival of the money in our bank account.
Any storage or redelivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Terms of delivery

You are asked to indicate a telephone number and an address where an adult person with the relevant identity document (identity card, passport or driving license) required to collect the order is present for the entire day of expected delivery. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the responsibility lies with the customer who must personally call the relevant courier's office to agree on the time of a further delivery or go and personally collect the order in storage.
