Salace

Hybrid and intriguing. A Lager treated by Gose: with pre-fermentation by lactic bacteria; and with Motya salt added directly at the end of boiling. The nose is mineral, fruity (gooseberry) and sharp (citrus yogurt); the acidic and savory sip: a blade of refreshing lightness.
